My Down the Stairs Score was deleted :-( | Forums

I booted up Trials this morning, saw the patch, and went to look at the new UE, and to see how much my score went down on certain leaderboards. On the Down the Stairs leaderboard, my score of 102 had been deleted. I have since managed to get a higher score, but I definitely didn't glitch my score of 102.

Anyone else have this problem?

Also, it seems like there is still a bunch of glitching happening in this game.

Yeah, I can't say i'm all that happy either.

Down the Stairs, I had a score 0f 156 bones, legitimately broken, it was reset as well.

Oh well.....

I didn't check mine but if it was reset no biggie I can do it again

I didn't check to see if mine was deleted or not before I played it, but a score of 70 bones brought me up around 15k places on the leader boards so I wasn't complaining!

After some more trials, eventually got it back up to around my old legit score, so it's resting at 118 right now. I'm glad they fixed the glitches, even though I didn't really care about the score because skill games are like my Achilles heel of this game. But it's nice to know where I got to legit, and where the time spent went to.

On the plus side, I think Down the Stairs is much more fun now

Down the stairs game mode got a change in the the physics and some game rules so naturally it lead to full leaderboard wipe. This was done so that scores with the patched version will be better than the scores done with the old rules so the new scores will eventially replace the old ones. Additionally, if you happen to score lower than your previous score, your ranking will NOT be lowered.

With the new game mode the probability of gliches is lowered and it is now easier to get higher scores without trusting the odd glitch to happen.
