    Back in top 100 :)

As the patch was released, I got back to play some Trials HD... Zero faulting the Ultimate Endurance improved my standings by 30 places or so (now 82). I can can remove my last Inferno 2 fault, it would rise me back to top 50 (already got twice to the ending jump with zero faults and screwed up). Nice to see that the competition has tightened up a lot in last months.

After wathing out some top replays, I want to ask a quick question from the old Trials 2 players (QcChopper, Lestropie, 420, etc). Now that all you know Trials HD in and out, how does it compare to Trials 2 SE? How do you feel you can you improve your time (in comparison with Trials 2) with clever use of various techniques, precise timing and knowing the tracks? When Trials HD was launched many of you said the game was not as technical as Trials 2. Do you still feel the same now when the game has matured a bit?

yeah i'd like to know how it compares too. i never played the Trials 2 SE, just started on my Trials career with HD. but i did d/l a demo version of Trials 2 SE and couldn't get into it cos the bike feels so different and imo you seem to have less control in Trials 2 SE than HD.

maybe all will prefer the old Trials though, as that's what they started on. i still think Guitar Hero 2 is the best guitar game so far, and that was my first. but do i like it just cos it was the first one for me? cos my mate prefers GH3, which he started on. i just know beating Jordan felt very similar to platinuming Inferno II (which i did last night and have mentioned about 50 times in this forum today and am still awaiting congrats lol!)

Congrats! I haven't still passed either (Jordan in hard only) and my affair with Inferno II today ended with two more fauls (on zero fault runs) on the last jump... At least I improved my record by more than 20 seconds . I was hoping to nail it today, so I can focus on the DLC tracks tomorrow...

That's exactly why I tried to zero fault 'em before the DLC. To be able to focus on the ne stuff. Managed to zero fault my last three the last week. Felt good!

...and for the record, GHII is by far the best GH. I started with the original one.

    thanks sebbbi

that's why i've been obsessed with zeroing Inferno II, so i can play this DLC without the monkey on my back. each night since last Thursday, soley on Inferno II. but man it was worth it!!!!! plus, i do think the track is loads of fun and i won't stop playing it. you'd think i'd be sick of the track now cos it's my most played track by quite a way, but i'm not.

i'm not normally so obsessive with games actually, i tend to play quite casually. but then games like GH and Trials come out and i'm falling asleep at work after staying up til 2am playing them

i'm glad you agree GH2 is the best bibiliotekarien. you have great taste

Trials HD is such an improvement towards trials 2 in my opinion, the allowance of letting the rider get back up from the ground is great. Some techniques we CANt use in trials hd such as the huge back tire bounce the trials 2 bike had, was great. I DO like the stiffer bike for racing and such. I wouldnt call it more technical, they both have their own style.

NICE Sebbbi, now i have to beat your records on new DLC tracks

I didn't play Trials 2 (computer wasn't good enough), but I did play the original one that was on PC and I loved it. I could play it for hours.

At first I found Trials HD to be too stiff, but now that I am used to it I have to say I like Trials HD better, but it took a while before I could say that. I can NOT play Trials 2 SE again since...
