I wanted to ask is the dlc only for gold the first week like some other dlc?

I hope not because i'm silver.

If DLC or demos are free, then sometimes they are Gold members only for about a week. However, DLC that has to be purchased is available to all members, Gold and Silver

Everyone can buy the DLC. Silver is enough for all Trials HD features.
