My Bones Hurt
Not since I was a little kid waving around the NES controller in the air trying to get Mario to jump up the damn brick has a game "moved" me so much.
My brother and I often play Trials HD together it is so funny to see him fidget when I am trying to get up and over an extremely hard obstacle I feel so intertwined with the game when I am playing it that I end up looking like I have A.D.H.D and I just ran out of aderol.
Also I find when I am conquering a truly hard map and my fingers are clamped onto my controller so tight that when I finally put it aside my fingers feel like they have Arthiritis.
Trials HD is such a great game, all of the developers should be brimming with glee just knowing that their product causes a physical reaction to its user. Not many game companies can say that.
anyways, I would like to hear how all of you relate to the subject, Lets hear how you guys feel.

Re: My Bones Hurt
Ooooh yeah, I know what you mean. The joints in both my hands are sore from clenching the controller and I've developed callouses on my left thumb and right middle finger from using the accelerator trigger. When I've got a good run going on a tough track I'll usually catch myself leaning or tilting the controller to try to influence the position of the bike.

Re: My Bones Hurt
haha, anyone try and lean your body to try and help your rider upright after getting stuck on your front wheel and head?

Re: My Bones Hurt
Ah, the leaning. When people do that I usually go "Pfff, that's not going to help you, that's what girls do when they play videogames". Now I do it.
And yes, ever since the first game
think I even played a version that was in Finnish, before it was on Miniclip, can the devs confirm this?) I have been completely in love with the concept. No game except for the THPS series has had me this attached, and I've played THPS since 1999-ish.

Re: My Bones Hurt
I don't really feel the same way, my fingers and hands feel just fine. I do tend to lean to the right sometimes while trying to just push over an obstacle sometimes, though
