I have 0 fault and 1:09 on king of the hill, and a gold medal.
And in the track selection it says; next medal platinum at 0 faults and 1:12.
why dosent i have the platinum medal?

Track records and medals are saved in different places. Records are in the live leaderboards and your medals are saved to your profile. If there is some error for some reason while saving the new medal to your profile, these might not match. Just do another platinum medal time and you should get your precious platinum medal.
