Hi

I just bought this game after playing Trails Hd on Xbox.
I have got a problem though. I have got a steady fps at 33-34
but when i press down keys there seems to be a lag which is very annoying
and makes the game unplayable.

I think i can feel the same lag when i'm using the mouse in the menus.

How can i solve this?

bought the game through steam.

My speccs:

Athlon64 3500+
1024mb 400mhz ddr
Win Xp

Have you tried to select lower graphics quality from the game startup dialog?

do you have all other programs closed? Are your graphic card settings optimized? Do you have the latest drivers? I had a stutter problem on even low detail for some reason but all was fixed when I turned on SLI and changed the card settings.

Cant be from that as Im using a wired mouse and the laptops built in keyboard.

It might be caused by my comp not quite meeting the performance requirements. There are no such issues when the menu is open.
