I'd like the next Trials game to be cross platform, with shared leaderboards

I would really like to see the ability to draw your own driving line in 3D so the rider can travel into the foreground and background. Imagine the possibilities. If anyone has played the old PS1 game Pandemonium you might get what I am on about. The controls would stay the same for the most part....might be required to reverse the control when the rider is going left instead of right but I suppose that could be an option under controls.

that would be cool, just on replays though see who gets higher speed/average speed on each track...would be interesting

Oh, forgot to mention here that the article was released in last month's "Game Developer Magazine". It was a full four page article. Nice read for all the hardcore Trials fans.

3d riding would be cool as well, but its nearly impossible to bring something like that in an game like trials. custom textures would be cool.
enviromental object like trees and bushes would be nice. So actually, I agree with everything Murdoc Loch says =). ahh and floor pumping plus a nice skybox that would be great as well. Maybe sunlight!?
