Is there a PC track editor that can be used for the 360?

I love editing tracks but I think I could do better if I could make them on the PC and upload/download them to the 360...Im sure there isnt but I thought I would try!

the xbox controller isn't too bad to work with once you get used to it. Can you post some summary of what was in the article?? Don't get the magazine xD
