Hi, I recently uploaded my first user created track and was informed by a friend that when trying to download it they are unable and informed that it is corrupt.
I tried to remove it from the share list but after unchecking the box I pressed 'Y' and nothing happened. I decided to delete the track, however it still shows up as shared on my friends account (although he still cannot download)
I then tried to share another of my tracks and again, I check the box and nothing happens when I press 'Y', therefore I can't share any tracks atall.
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
This happened to more than a few people including me. Sometimes its as easy to fix as just exiting to the dashboard and trying again. But one thing that did happen to me is my track after i shared it, when it said "GO" it was an instant "epic fail." The rider would just fall limp at the beginning and it was unplayable. I fixed this by making a different save of my track. Also if you shared your track then quickly made changes and re-uploaded it, Redlynx has said something like a certain amount of time has to pass before it will really update. There's more threads around so do a little search if you've got some time. Hopefully these problems will be fixed in the patch.
Hi, thanks for the reply.
It seems as though the problem has sorted itself out today, although I'm yet to see if the new track I've uploaded can be downloaded correctly.
I'll definately try your suggestions if it happens again.
Thanks.
This problem is occuring for me now. Beano how do I fix it?
Restart the xbox, also resave the track while online.
Just wait... sometimes the track data refresh takes up to half day. Could be that the Microsoft servers are under heavy load, since Halo Reach was just released.Originally Posted by BobbieNachor
