    Absolutely! You can use a wired one (usb) or a wireless one with a receiver dongle like I have. Also if you use Xpadder or a similar program you can completely re-map all controls to whatever buttons you want.

    Xbox 360 controller is directly supported. Just plug the USB cable in, and it should work in the game. Menus are still controller with the mouse (you cannot use keyboard to control the menus either).

    This is why I had to get re-map the buttons so I can use the D-pad and buttons to navigate the menus. The fact that you have to still use the mouse is annoying and makes using a controller some what pointless IMHO.

    You can be lucky to even have a pad support in Trials 2. It was only added after release in a patch.

    Play & Charge cable will not connect a wireless controller to a PC. You need a wireless receiver for the PC.
