Triggers Activating Before Going Through?
Hello, I've been creating maps for a while now and I've never experienced this before.
When I turn Physics off for an object then add a trigger to turn the Physics on, the object's Physics turns on automatically before I can even get to the trigger. This also happens in Edit mode. I add a trigger to turn on Physics for an object that has Physics off then when I press the back button to turn Editor Physics on the object falls but it doesn't when there is no trigger attached...
Basically what I'm saying is:
object falls when trigger attached.
object doesn't fall when trigger isn't attached.
Help?

Im pretty sure Ive read that you can only have a certain amount of space between the trigger and the object being triggered. If its too far away it will just fall by itself i believe. I tried looking for a helpful thread but I am pressed for time

I've had a problem where the trigger doesn't even activate the object I want it to activate

I had this happen to me last night and it took me a bit to figure it out but my problem was the trigger was touching a board that had physics on and when I moved the trigger away it fixed it. Make sure the trigger isnt going through or touching anything or anything flying/exploding through the trigger before you get to it as well.

Trigger triggers every time any physical object touches it (bike included). Make sure nothing touches the trigger.

Anything with physics enabled(Included your bike and your rider) that hits the trigger from any direction will enable/disable the selected features of the selected object. E.G. a barrel explodes the fragments will fly in any direction maybe they hit your trigger.
