    Downloading Custom Tracks from Website

I heard there is this trick where you can store the custom tracks on a usb drive. I was wondering if I can upload the data to TrialsHD.NET and have users download them and add them to their xbox without the need of sending FR?

I don't know if there are any legal issues with Redlynx for us to do that, or that it can be done. What do you guys think?

Interesting thought, you should try it with someone.

A custom game repository could be created this way...

It doesn't save them to a USB drive it saves them to a Xbox 360 memory card (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/hardware/x...mb/default.htm)

Apparently there is a way to do this. I'm waiting for a message back from the guy who found out a way to do this using a transfer cable or something along those lines. He said he's also in the process of building a website that will host tracks for others to download. I will post back here when I hear back from him.. or maybe i'll just link him to this site. If it is a problem with RedLynx, I won't post anything else.. although I don't really see why it would be, it would basically take care of the global track sharing without hurting any server space of their's or anything else.

Yes you can connect your xbox hard drive or memory card to your computer. It's not that hard (as far as I know) just google it!

this would be awesome, I wish we can store more then 100 tracks in our game. I keep running out of room. It would be cool, if you could sort them by user and stuff too.

Yeah there is 2 different ones.. the xsata and the xport. Or if you have a data transfer cable from MS you can use that too. I'll just post the info and if it's a problem i'll remove it. I don't take credit for any of this:

To add/share tracks you need a connectivity kit (xsata, xport or ms transfer cable)

Download xport or xplorer360 (search google and you will find either of these, personally I prefer xport)
*Download your custom tracks from this website and extract them using a program like winrar or winzip.
Find your profile folder which is located in Partition 3\Content\ (its the long folder named something like E00000125A43EF)
In the profile folder you will see a folder called 5841095A this is the trials hd folder.
Inside that folder is another named 00000001
In this folder you will find all your saved custom tracks (they are the *************.x files)
Simply drag and drop the downloaded tracks into this folder (if using xport)
Load up Trials HD, goto User Content and Enjoy the tracks!
    * Site is in the works apparently
