Sebbi, is there any sort of way you could make "rope" in the DLC for the level editor? There is an unimaginal amount of possibilities that can be accomplished with the use of a rope.
I was thinking of how you would manipulate rope in the editor and I thought of the use of nodes. The rope starts with 3 nodes (2 ends + middle) and the user can add nodes and stretch the rope where necessary. The person can roughly place the rope around objects or what have you using the nodes, and when physics is turned on, the rope will turn flexible. The nodes can be used to glue to objects also. Now it would be a dream come true if this were possible, but I understand it could be far too complex just to add in for a DLC.
Well word from the DEVS is that a motor IS in fact coming in DLC. Awesome
If you want to switch lights on/off forever without random interval(s), you can have two flippers activating each other with triggers between switching the light!!

My engine with a few different angles, the idea was to have a rope running from it to drive a conveyor belt type devise but i need to stablise the wheel a bit more first.
Soon you can do the same easier (and for any number of lights) with a single plank glued to motor and triggers put around it. We used this technique in some of our new tracks.Originally Posted by Noordhoek
haha that sounds sick....so is the motor limited to the things it can do?

You can glue it to any object you like. We have some mad creations in the DLC pack using the motors... and the jet thrustersOriginally Posted by 420![]()
