Posted this on Gamefaqs too, so sorry if you have read twice, but i need to vent.
After 300 faults I finally made it to the final checkpoint of Inferno ii. On the last ramp, literally 1 meter from the finish, i got hit by one of the swings. The screen said finish, then epic fail, then I had to start the whole level over. Why, RedLynx, Why!?.......

If you got hit by one of the swinging things, you didn't finish.. but I don't know why you'd have to start over, you should have just restarted at that last checkpoint where you have to hop the beam.. unless you hit the time limit?
Yep you probably hit the 30 minute limit but I have seen random epic fail screens before...but not many.
Nope, 21 minutes and 300 odd faults, just said said epic faily after i failed, there was nothing i could do. his is the first time that happened for me in the game and it couldn't of happened on a worse level. God was i pissed.
I would PM a DEV and find out if it could be a glitch/bug that needs repair. I mean if they don't respond on here. I have seen epic before, randomly so....
That's very unfortunate. The game has a glitch/cheat protection in it that makes that happen rarely. Game will end with no score if the bike or the rider leaves the game area. This was mostly aimed at skill games and user created tracks where this kind of glitch could achieve better score, but it is also working on normal race tracks. This happens only in very rare cases and the situation needs to be handled in race mode too so I don't believe this will be changed.
On a positive side, you now know that you can pass Inferno II. Try it again!

The anti-glitch/cheat system will not be removed, as it would cause a lot new corrupted scores in the leaderboards. It's very very rare that it misfires.
