We don't know, they didn't tell us its not ok or the opposide. Fecktard made those tracks, he just edited existing tracks.Originally Posted by billymagnum
No, always in your documents and settings folder, but it does depends what OS you have.
Perhaps you haven't seen the original extra tracks yet, but there is a manual.
Jorma said in the past that editing and playing a track to get top dog and top score achievements would be considered cheating and will result in banning too. So, proceed with caution...![]()
VERY good to know. Thanks!Originally Posted by soad667
Ya, well I edited the track and got myself Top Dog and Top Score with Fecktard (which I will delete, eventually, to be able to get the achievement the usual way). You're essentially downloading a track with an already-set time that's very difficult to beat by people who already had Top Dog and Top Score so in my opinion downloading the tracks and playing them isn't cheating. What I did was cheating, however, since I played the track before anybody else deliberately to get Top Dog (and I admit it).Originally Posted by soad667
As I said I'm deleting Fecktard for a second time to get rid of the unfairly-gained achievement so... Does anybody else think this is cheating?
Jorma, does this count as cheating?
I don't know...not using only the supplied tracks in the game to get the achievements sounds like cheating to me![]()
11:33 - global position 21 is the best I have achieved on this one!
I recommend using offline profile if you really have to do track editing (which we don't support). We don't really want any extra work because of this issue, so keep the cheating to the minimum mmmk. Banning is possibility in worst cases and informing steam is also possible if you cheat yourself steam achievements.
i knew it sounded ify. Good thing I never installed them. Thanks Jorma
Argh, developers still care about T2SE.Originally Posted by Jorma
