Trials HD is the most sold arcade game this week!

Trials HD is the most sold arcade game this week by Xbox official news source Major Nelson. Trials HD outsold Shadow Complex too, and only one week after it's release! Trials HD is also the only arcade game to reach the top 10 most played Xbox 360 games list (rated by invidual consoles connected to Xbox Live).

    See the official news here:

Also we are nearing one month (30 days) milestone in Trials HD life time, and it's very likely that we will break 300 000 player limit in global ranking leaderboard before the first month.

I'm so glad your investment in opening up 'Trials' to a whole new audience is paying off so nicely! You know, if someone had run the notion of Trials HD past me a year ago, I'd have said it would most likely have niche appeal only, and wouldn't sell well to the audience on XBLA[1].

Sometimes, being 100%, totally, dead *wrong* is awesome

[1] Seriously. So many very cool, well-produced games have sunk without a trace, or sold under expectation, on XBLA - it always seemed like a fickle, capricious market.

    thats awesome! congratulations!

like 420, makes me proud to be in the top 50! quite a feet considering the amount of people playing the game.

Once you hit the 300,000 leaderboard limit, will we still be updated as to the total players so when we look at our global rank, we can see what place we're in out of a total of X # of players?

Im not surprised as Shadow's Complex got old quick for me but I still like messing around in Trials and doubt Ill be tired of it anytime soon. MAYBE some of those gamerscore complete ppl will reconsider swearing the game off because it has one hard achievement?

Really happy to hear that it's done so well! When I found myself playing just the demo every time I turned the Xbox on, I did have a sneaking suspicion it would do well though.

Well, I find most XBLA games have terrible demos that barely give you 10 minute taste. RedLynx did it right showing off the features of the game very generously, even letting people try the track editor. Great job exposing people to the game with that demo!

I know it's still off the table from everything we've heard, but that would be amazing. It's sad to think with the current system what a small amount of maps are being seen compared to what must exist by now. To have global sharing and rating would make it one of the most played Live games for some time if not all 360's life
