the backwheel bounce on the first tire on inferno is, as i understand it, mostly random. Maybe we should ask Jmn (the inferno master) how it works, but whenever I've jumped in such a position that even allows to attempt the backwheel bounce in the first place, it has been luck, or coincidence or whatever you want to call it.

the bounce itself is fairly straightforward. i find that jumping from the long steel bar is harder than the bounce itself. most times you will just land on the tire's left side, not allowing for a bounce.

in general, inexperienced players that want to make it big should attempt to learn two things; wheelie-jumping (useful in many, many jumps) and braking (always useful) properly.
