Skysaw's Tracks - with video
My map depository, as it stands. Links are to YouTube videos.
[list:2nzh7bw5]
[*:2nzh7bw5]Equilibrium (Medium) - Some nice atmosphere, and a few fun surprises, including a very large toy near the end.[/*:m:2nzh7bw5]
[*:2nzh7bw5]The Compound (Hard) - Escape themed track with good flow and scenery -- a mix of a speed run and light tech work, along with some unique challenges.[/*:m:2nzh7bw5]
[*:2nzh7bw5]Daliesque (Hard) - A surreal experience, to say the least! This one includes the most complex piece of machinery I've ever built, and really has to be seen to be appreciated.[/*:m:2nzh7bw5]
[*:2nzh7bw5]DNA (Medium+) - This speed track is made completely out of large wooden beams. Not too much going on with physics on this one. A few not-too-difficult challenges.[/*:m:2nzh7bw5][/list:u:2nzh7bw5]
I appreciate any and all feedback!

Hi again everyone. I just released my second track "The Compound," and could use a little constructive criticism.

Both good tracks especially The Compound, i like the mixture of the fast stuff and the techy stuff

Re: Skysaw's Tracks - New track "The Compound"
Just sent you a FR, your stuff looks nice
EDIT: I enjoyed your tracks very much, I liked that wheel, I have a similar idea that I had one year ago that I still haven't done yet. I will definitely keep those tracks and play them occasionaly.

Re: Skysaw's Tracks - New track "The Compound"
Thanks Chris and QC,
The hamster wheel was definitely a challenge to make, considering that was my first map and first big thing I tried to pull off. It ended up a lot different than how I first envisioned it, but I like how it turned out -- just a little rougher of a ride than you're expecting.
Compound turned out much longer than I thought it would, but luckily the editor warned me that I ran out of objects, and I had to wrap it up. lol! It wasn't until I started testing the whole thing from beginning to end to tune up the flow that I realized how much I was stuffing in there along the route. There's so much scenary packed into rooms that you fly by and may never get a good look at.
I'm getting a camera, so I will be posting these and future tracks when I can.

Re: Skysaw's Tracks - New track "Daliesque"
My third track, Daliesque (Hard) is now available, and It's on the wild side!
This one started as a study piece for a complex machine I was experimenting with, which is now the first obstacle: a self-starting spinning coliseum with a spiraling upward ramp. Seriously, though, you have to see this for yourself!
The feel of the track is dreamlike and surreal. Once you get used to the obstacles, it runs rather fast.

Daliesque is very nice, very short but really enjoyable. I loved that spinning thing in the beginning, great use of physics.

Re: Skysaw's Tracks - Video up for "Daliesque"
Concerning Daliesque - You must be mad, or a genius.
Really like the ramp at the beginning.
