wouldn't an enhanced level creation DLC be cool?
Things that could be in:
more objects, physics objects, explosives, decorations and so on.
more background styles for levels.
global level sharing ability, no more friend list only. can rate them and enter description too.
any fixes and upgrades they feel like making to the editor
What would you pay for something like that? I'd pay $5-$10 without a second thought.

Im not good enough with the editor to buy more features! 
I could use a better camera. It doesnt move how I thought it would and makes editing for me a little harder.

The devs will build new tracks with new assets anyway. So I will pay for new tracks and they can add the new stuff to the editor...I would only pay for track packages, I do not like the idea for micro transactions for the level editor.
It would be cool to have an outdoor environment with cars, houses, lakes and so on....or a city terrain where you ride along the top of skyscrapers...there are lots of ideas....
