Triggers can be activated by bike or any other object.
1) Create simple set up for bridge
2) Add some metal plates for bridge base
3) Create limited rotation hinge between plates (Example how to use limited hinges here: <!-- l --><a class="postlink-local" href="http://www.redlynxgame.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=54&t=1691">viewtopic.php?f=54&t=16 91</a><!-- l -->)
Note. At this point, big plate doesn't have physics enabled. (Because we want to use trigger to change that state)
4) Add trigger object (Tools category)
5) Select trigger object
6) Open object properties
7) Check "Physics"
8) Select target object by pressing "Select objects", big plate in case. (Multiple objects can be selected)
9) Press start button to "Test track", trigger will activate physics on big plate when your bike hits it.

Dunno if you still wana know but you make the left plate vertical before you glue it to anything. So make it vertical then do the glueing.Originally Posted by Brigma

Im having a problem with my track. I have a limited rotation hinge set up perfectly to cover a gap, the only problem is, i cant get it to activate when i hit a trigger. Instead of flipping down and covering the hole, it just falls out of the sky. It works fine when i turn the physics on. but when i turn physics off and let a trigger turn it on, it just falls straight down, no hinge. Any help is greatly appreciated
