Rofl how do u make a car? xD
I spawned a platform =P **Plate**
putted 2 wheels on each side, then i putted all of them on Physics and i tested making the wheels stuck to the board while doing like this: press the board, upp button, and press the button on the bottom of the menu, pick the wheels they turn green, press "B", start the game when i start playing and drive in to it, the wheels won't spin =(

You need to use free rotation hinges (in tools category) between the tires and the platform to make the wheels spin
Glue the tire to the other side of the hinge and the platform to the other.

1) Create base frame (ramp in pic 1)

2) Create 4 wheels (pic 2)

3) Create free rotation hinge (tools category) between wheel 1 and base frame (pic 3-4)

4) Glue wheel 1 to free rotation part 1 (right part in pic 4)
- Select wheel
- Press up for object properties window
- Press glue
- Select free rotation part 1

5) Glue base frame to free rotation part 2 (left part in pic 5)
- Select frame
- Press up for object properties window
- Press glue
- Select free rotation part 2

6) Repeat 3 times (NOTE. You need to hold LB for sub-selection, you will need it while attaching base frame to other free rotation hinges)

Edit. And also all parts needs to be dynamic (Frame and wheels)

Was there any discussion to have a mouse and keyboard compatible for the editor? or is it possible?

it would make map editing way smoother. no biggie tho, at least we get to create stuff.

Mouse is not supported on retail Xbox 360 gaming console. It doesn't have any USB mouse drivers. There's nothing we can do to add mouse support to the retail build.
