Can you point me to these people so I can laugh in their faces. That's pathetic. Maybe if anyone TRIED anymore....Originally Posted by PlayingMantis![]()
I agree ^ to not buy the best game that is on or has ever been on Xbox Arcade just because you can't do all the achievements is nuts
I liked the challenge achievements as well, but its strange that theyre the hardest achievements and still "gimmicky" (not counting marathon of course), an achievement such as "get 5 platinum medals" could have been nice instead of the Creator, etc.Originally Posted by PlayingMantis

You may have to read around a bit to find the specific individuals.
No offense to those achievement obsessed dudes, but game developers make games, achievements are secondary. If it started being the other way around we'd see pretty lame *** games.
I do enjoy racking up gamerscore points but I would never, EVER turn down a game of the year contender if I couldnt get 100%. People act like they need to unlock it now. Like it cant be done a year from now. Instant gratification will be the downfall of man.....
Just to clarify, that's not me. I've just seen a lot of posts on xbox.com forums and other places where people say they won't buy games that aren't possible to 100%, like games with glitched achievements, or really hard.Originally Posted by billymagnum
Hopefully we'll get some tracks designed for specific bikes, and maybe a new bike with each DLC pack. 1-3 new skill games with each content pack would be great too.
People who don't buy games just because of achievements are pathetic. Gamerscore does absolutely nothing for you. It is pointless.
After trying Ultimate Endurance for the first time, I can say that the achievement doesn't really need to be changed. It's doable. 15 faults on my first time through. Anyone who doesn't get the game, just because it won't be easy to 100% is missing out.
