Re: Why is this game so expensive?

There's not even another XBLA title that comes close to the challenge, fun, and uber polished level editor included. $15 is a great deal. I've checked out the demos for other games and they always (if they catch my attention at all) seem like they have style but no substance at best. This is finally a game with both that's not a re-released old game. Wanting it cheaper is just crude to me after playing so far... if you're on the fence, it's well worth it to enjoy the work these people put into it achieving so much with an XBLA title! And it's fun as hell.

Re: Why is this game so expensive?

Well it appears that fears that the game was too expensive are unfounded, it's selling by the bucket load and has a very healthy rating on xbox dot com, infact it appears to be the most rated game of all on the xbox360 with over 23k ratings, COD WAW is close with 22k as is battlefield 1943, but Trials beats them both. Infact it also must have one of the highest % of people playing to rating as well surely an indication of a game that is liked. Congratulations on an excelent game mechanic with well constructed levels.

Which rewards skill, but is fun to play and although has definate learning curve even a relativly average gamer (me) can see an improvment over my limited attention span

I have 24 (of 83) people on my friends list playing this game and was recomended it by some of them as probably the arcade GOTY, having played it for about 12 hours now I have to agree and as I like my cost/hour for games to come in under £1 it has hit that mark in 2 days, I could not play the game again and still feel I had got some great value out of it, however with the last hard level still to complete as well as more golds to get I know I won't be doing that for quite some time
