I just bought Trials 2 an hour ago, payed with paypal, but still got no download link and my serial yet.
Isn't the buying process automated?
Will I get the link even if it's weekend or do I have to wait till monday?

Where did you buy it?

If you bought it from Miniclips store, you should contact their support (but miniclip has been a bit slow with the licenses previously). I believe there is a human element in the buying process from miniclip.

If you bought it from our webstore, you should have received the key immeadedly.

That's weird... I got the "received payment" mail from Paypal, but no mail with the download/serial

I have been informed that there were some temporary emailing issues yesterday which should be fixed now (this may or may not be the cause in your issue). If you haven't received your key yet, please contact our support with

You probably should include some paypal transaction info with the support message.

I'm afraid that it might take untill Monday before the issue can be resolved.

I'm afraid the support don't usually work on weekends, so if the issue isn't automatically fixed, it probably won't be resolved until Monday.

I can't say if it will work for the second time you buy it or not, but the emailing issue was fixed today, so if it was the cause for your problem, it should work now. I'm not familiar with the paypal money back process, so you up to you if you want to do the second purchase.

Either way, your issue will be solved next week in any case.
