i dont mind people or companies try to make SIMILAR games. Thats ok, BUT this game is just totally same (but not good). And it makes consumers/players/press to wonder whats what. Thats why its not ok.

I totally agree, I mean, people sue over the most frivolous things nowadays but this is CLEARLY intellectual property theft. There is already hundreds of Trials clones, but at least, they were written from scratch, this is just creepy and wrong.

And to be honest, i found a large part of the game's license agreement a bit ironic.
