Does controlling the bike become easier the higher level you get??

If not can someone explain to me the reason behind the experience and levels please

Yes and no.

The bike handling becomes easier once you get the experience and playtime, but the actual experience and level values in the game have absolutely no effect on the bike handling. They are just 'cool' info for the mmorpg generation
