Dragon ANBA is the head honcho so he is the one to decide what happens it is possible that they are not allowed to talk about a PC version however just from today many people not not be returning to the forums with a bitter taste in there mouth, i would think if they had something to say about it they would to try and regain some trust, whatever they decide to do some bridges cannot be rebuilt.......
Awesome! Really looking forward to it. It looks great!Originally Posted by sebbbi
Analog controls will be nice, and adds depth to the game.
I still hope for a PC version, but I can somewhat understand your choices. I can live with it, as I use my xbox 360 and computer on the same TV-screen, but I can also understand why some people are disappointed.
I don't want any more info about this, except the sentence "PC version is coming too"
Then, I'll start to want more info about this.
Until then, well, goodbye guys, and thanks for teasing us we'll get the editor, custom skins and overally a great game. But then again, I have to admit, you did never say it's coming to PC aswellshould have foreseen this).
I'll return once the new Trials are out on PC. See you later.
Anba is currently at E3 expo in United States demoing Trials HD. He will be back next weekend.Originally Posted by Skyth
I was tinkering with Sipe to find some way to release the v1.09 update for Trials 2 SE, but there are very complicated issues in the patching process. Just before Christmas Trials 2 SE was released for box sales around europe (4 different versions): Finland, Germany, Russia, Spain & France. All these versions are packed with the tools made by the publishers of those versions and our patching system does not work properly with these versions. At least French & Spanish and Russian box versions will stop completely if we release a online automatic patch. This is a bad problem. We could however release the v1.09 patch only at our website without using the automatic system. This would not cause any problems (unless you have a Russian or French & Spanish box version of the game). Naturally this would not fix the wheelie exploit, as majority of the players would not patch the game to v1.09. Basically destroying the biggest fix in the patch. I will keep you informed about v1.09 patch issue in Trials 2 SE forums.
Ok sebbi good to know you are trying mate.
To little to late in my eyes but i am sure others will disagree.
Will the tracks in the 360 version contain the same tracks as Trials 2 SE?
No, Trials 2 graphics/physics objects are much more simple (lower polygon count) and the texture set is not polished enough for HD console release. Also Trials 2 tracks did not have any floor height variations or any depth variation in the background walls making them look and feel pretty flat compared to the new tracks.Originally Posted by Scotsman
But we have several tribute Trials 2 tracks (like "Classic" was a tribute to Trials 1 in Trials 2 SE), and many of the best obstacle ideas have been reused in the new tracks. Also the physics in the new engine works much better so we have been able to make lots of old stuff work better.
whats with the different size classes, is there records for classes on each track?
