Or you can use HJ Split, really small and simple program to use for splitting/merging large files...

no chance of emailing it from here, I'll send you the tracks from work tomorrow... what do you use for mastering? I've got cubase but to be fair I'm ok with the recording side but not very good at mastering

i use neundo and some various mastering programs. really, the cool thing about mastering is u have to think of it as messing around with ur stereo eq, except what u do during mastering is actually saving those lvls so the song will always sound just the way u mastered it.(make any sense?) Then their are the other things to consider, reverb, widening, and other personal touches. but really it comes down to how u master the various EQs. like perametric EQ can actually change the volume of insterments if u play around with it long enuff. example on TheKilling frod site the second song the drums were barely loud enuff...(cause TimmyCopCaller failed to set the proper volume) after messing around for an hour or so....bam....u can hear the drums. ne way try messing around with ur cubase eqs and effects it really can be quite satisfing when u hit the sound u been looking for.
