    Warm up run?

    I'm just curious, what do you guys do for your warm up, if you do one that is. I personally do something that gets me up and running, something I'm good at and something I like. For example speedway, the final exam, pipedreams, end is near, or grindhouse. So what do you guys do

    Warm up? Mäh, only thing i do for warm up is to say "Hi" in chat, then i start beating records

    I eat YSNP for breakfast. You cover just about every trick in Trials in it, great for a warmup, terrible for your sanity. I'm ****e on it, but it's still fun to do. 6 faults is my best. Wooo! I may, one day, be good enough to get that down to 5.

    Also, I like doing the last Mediums/first Hards, they're slightly challenging, but it doesn't really work as practice for ridiculous techniques, like skyrocketing with a rear-wheel bounce, laughing in the face of physics or making jumps so large that Evel Knieval gets jealous, techniques which help in the earlier tracks to shave off that extra 0.01 second, which may be 100 places.

    Personally, I like to play king of the beer, the classic or a long journey.

    this is becuase these tracks have good flow which you need to get top scores.

    they are rather long tracks too which means concentration and getting into the swing of things.

    Not really a warm up as such, but mainly some relief, a track i am good at that involves most basic and pro moves. then once i finish in a reasonable time, i move onto my worst track records.
