Ghost wont load, freezes at the start | Forums

I wanted to try out ghost mode, but every time I want to load it, it starts ok,countdown and all, but then nothing, still image!
Freezes completely, I can only hear a sound of me crashing along the track. When I hit escape button, I can see blue ghost appearance in front of me but still frozen image.I resume and still nothing.
I hit the escape again and end track, and I can play normally.Only the ghost mode isn't working at all.
I tried on very low details, but no use.
I usually play on low. I turned everything off but still doesn't work.
Any ideas?

P.S. When is new patch coming to Steam, because I have that very low sound (even if on maximum setting 5) at the load.

v1.09 fixes the sound issue at least. I'll ask Jukka for the complete v1.09 fix list and post it to the forum tomorrow. The Steam v1.09 version should be released on the same day as our own v1.09 version. I do not personally know about the planned release date (as I have been working on other projects lately).

This sounds like a strange problem. What do you see on the screen when the picture freezes?
