It takes me a while to get into chat nowadays. I open the chat window and nothing will happen... I have to type something in then wait about five minutes for it to say 'disconnected from server'... and then I press tab and it will connect. any reason why this is happening? thanks.

-p.s. I am connected to the internet at the time it happens and can still transmit high scores etc.

edit: forgot to add, I am getting strange stuff in chat (text bounces back and forth, basically unreadable) and I am also seeing people in chat with strange names that by far exceed the limit...
