What graphics mode are you using in Trials 2 SE?

Simple question. What graphics mode are you using the most when playing Trials 2 Second Edition, and for what reason?

    ...

    Background info:

I have been lately developing graphics engine for our future game projects, and our new rendering technology looks very promising. So promising that I ported a test version of Trials 2 SE to use it and it has become my most favorite graphics mode. The new graphics engine already looks almost as good as the current normal (high) graphics mode, but runs around twice as fast (fps) and supports all hardware MSAA antialiasing modes. Post process filters are not yet ready for the new renderer, so I ran my tests without any post process effects active (for both engines). Finalizing the Trials 2 SE port to release quality would require some additional work, so I wanted to know if there is any demand for such a graphics mode (slightly lower lighting quality than high mode, but much much higher frame rate and support for hardware antialiasing). Most likely this new graphics engine would replace both the normal (high) and low modes (leaving only the new graphics mode and very low), and offer more adjustable parameters (lights per pixel adjustment, possibly soft shadows enable/disable). With highest settings the new renderer (with antialiasing enabled) should look arguably better than the current normal mode and run considerably faster, and with lowest settings is should be as fast as the low graphics mode, but look slightly better. Can't promise anything, but personally I would like to see Trials 2 SE being ported for our new graphics engine (at some point in the future).

well, I was running the normal setting till my grafix card decided to not work at all so for the current time being I'm using the low setting, but I prefer the normal setting.
but even while using the normal setting I'm always getting at least 500fps

I am using normal graphics settings with everything maxed out except HQ ambient. However on my "low end" Radeon 3850 256MB at home, I notice occasional shuttering on the game. Still I am not confident to run the game on low graphics mode, as I like the visual quality of the normal mode much better.

I use Normal (1024x768, old screen) mode with everything at max on my PC @ 120-160 FPS.... But I use very low mode with particles off on my Aspire One.

    It depends:
    Fun=Normal
Serious competition =Very Low (Less distractions)

    Normal mode, 1920x1200

I tried very low now for the first time, could stand the ugliness of it for about 1 minute. never again!

The lowest quality possible, at 600*480.

    Makes the game much easier.

    Graphic mode: Low.
Normal works also around 60-80fps but it's unplayable!
If i remember right 1.06 i played high mode. Not sure..

Hey..Everybody tells the graphics mode, but not system specifications
I think system specs would help Sebbbi in his dev work?

I'll start with my old worm box:
    AMD Athlon 64 3200+
    1GB DDR400
    Club 3D PCI-E Geforce 6600GT 128MB

I always run things as high as possible, as long as it keeps pushing 60 fps im good.

I must point out though, that trials runs well over 60 fps on 1920x1200 but it seems choppy, stuttering all the time, that is very annoying untill i forced vsync on then the game is truely smooth, so this might be of some use for some of you, force vsync on and see what that does.

OHHHH and HI btw i just joined here

Some may reconize me from the steam forums, Hi sebbbi.
