profiles disapeared!! [SOLVED] | Forums

hi,
I just launched the game and it asks me to create a new profile !?!
actually the profiles are not here any more like if they were deleted!
I checked on the player rankings, my profile schtroumf is still there at the 31st place and my other profile crazygandi too at the 287st place , so why have them desapeared from my game?

sorry, finally I launched the game in low quality and the profiles were back...
I don't understand what happened, maybe a server problem, but it is resolved.

This has not happened before, but could happen because of server being down. Our internet operator had some connectivity problems this week. Could have happened because of it. Restarting the game should always download you back your profiles from the server.
