The idea for this map is that its completely flat, no hills to climb, various drops throughout the level. Would like the map to be hard, but not insane hard like diablo/ysnp. Maybe throw in a obstacle here and there to slow progress if the map is to fast to beat. (phiktion's version of pitfalls)
This is "420's" version of what the starting area of pitfalls should look like:

you wait for the tire to drop down the ramp, and then it goes off the blue ramp and knocks the peice of wood into a ramp so then you go up the ramp and launch slowly and carefully over the barrel so you land on the two poles(inferno similar ones)

Looks interesting and regarding the part with "you'll need all your trials skills to pass",
i'm sure the devs can come up with great ideas for another "fault" mayhem (oh, that sounded too much)

I don't see many people are interested in having all the ideas in a single thread and discuss them there,
but i'll do my best to change it - well, 'til i get bored or Trials 3 comes out with an editor

I think it's a great idea. Very unique. It would be fun having a track like this where you want to just go fast because it's flat, but you have to keep using tricks to stay up.
