Inferno - help!!
the first step is admitting you have a problem.
I have a problem!
After countless, and I do mean countless attempts I've finally managed to overcome the first obstacle on this track from hell. I don't know how I did it, I flipped forward in high speed and to my surprise saw the bike passing both barrels for an easy cruise towards the first checkpoint.
But now I have 70 faults on the next obstacle, the 3 upward ramps. I'm really having troubles here, I can hardly get the first jump right, and when I do, my bike is out of speed and the next jump becomes impossible. Help! What do I do? Since I have the game on pause, I can't watch replays at this point.
I refuse to shut the game down now, passing the first obstacle was a MAJOR headache..

you can't watch replays but you can watch my 2 inferno vidz on youtube
OR if you have a not too bad PC, you can open a second game window (I think), then watch replays.

Is there ANY way I can jump between the three ramps without being in a successive motion of speed? I once managed to get to the third ramp but found the jump to the fourth one completely impossible because I had to regroup and restart. Not enough speed.
I guess I've answered my own question. I remember from replays that once you get to the 4th ramp, you can calm down. but getting there is so hard..

right, thanks QC, I was able to open up another game.
something tells me this obstacle will be just as hard as the first..

I don't know if you got my edit but you can load a second game window (Ithink) and watch replays.
EDIT: Nevermind, seems like you saw it hehe.
Anyway, to be fair, 10$ seems pretty inexpensive for your near 60 hours of fun...

60 hours, sure, but 60 hours of fun? maybe 30 hours of fun and 30 of pure frustration. Can't remember the last time I had this much troubles with a computer game..
anyway, back to my inferno endeavors.. 200 faults so far and not getting closer to a solution.

300 faults
came super close to the 4th ramp one time, and a few times I was one back wheel short of making it
so now it becomes about perseverance.. I dont care if it takes me 4000 attempts, sooner or later I have to make it. I will post updates in this thread for anyone who is interested 
got a feeling I'll be here all evening.

650 faults and not getting closer. ready to cry and ready to give up. feels like my technique is even getting worse. dont think i can make it. **** this game

Lol, that sure is one of Inferno's ways to have fun with us...
It frightens me only to think what Inferno2 and Diablo are going to add in this torture

I, on the other side, won't expect to do it soon enough. Now i'm focusing on passing all mediums with 0 faults. I've done the half of them, the other half have 1 fault each! Guess i'm close...
