Depends on what you mean by explain it.
If you had used ten sec to seach in Wikipedia you would have found this page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hex_editor

And then you can google "hex editor" and you will end up here: http://www.google.com/search?client=...utf-8&oe=utf-8

Then pick one of the editors and download, install the program and then run it. Then find the setup.dat file and edit it, as said in the post I mentioned.

You can actually modify it by yourself. Just open the setup.dat (found in appdata\local\Redlynx\Trials 2\1.0\setup.dat) in a hex editor. The first 2 qwords are the resolution height and width. Just type in 2560 and 1600 in there and it should work.

sorry for being stupid, but the post says to change the first 2 qwords to the resolution i want.

what's a qword? the first two words are only 2 digits, so i can't enter a resolution?

Sorry if you felt that I was rude, didn't mean that. Checked out the Hex thing to, but didn't see anything. So not sure if it's done right or wrong. Havn't used a Hex editor either, so can't help you anymore, but you can try to PM Sebbbie, the one making the Hex post. Good luck!

v1.08 and v1.09 are now merged together. So the next released version will have support up to 5760x1600 resolution (three 1920x1600 monitors side by side).
