I have installed Windows Vista over windows XP and reinstalled Trials, but when I try to use my license key I get an error window saying:

Activation failed!


Activation request denied.

I have already used the support contact form on this site to report the problem (about a day ago), but I have not received any response yet.

Should I just be more patient? Or could my request have been lost?

Be more patience. For me it took four days.
You could try to copy the old files. That may work.
