Alright, so I downloaded the second edition demo expecting the best, but what do I get? I get just Trials 2, with bad graphics. I paid $10 for this at MiniClip, launch it and I'm just smitten. I honestly feel ripped off, but is there any way to get second edition since I already bought basically the same game?

I didn't even know it was on Steam.. I feel so ripped off and I want my money back, but I don't know if that's going to happen because I was expecting the second edition, but all I get is a $10 downgraded version. I just saw the good version on RedLynx for $10, so I paid for basically nothing >They should've warned me that these are completely different games
no mate the version's on steam and this website are exactally the same steam just has a 10% discount on untill the 10th of june.
What I'm saying is that I bought the game off of Miniclip, but that's just Trials 2, it's not second edition.
Second editon is a free update mate.

Miniclip.com sells all the old Trials series games for 9.90$, this includes Trial Bike, Trial Bike Pro, Trials Construction Yard, Trials Mountain Heights and Trials 2. Miniclip.com does not sell Trials 2 Second Edition. It's only available at Redlynx store and at Steam.Originally Posted by ajjekko

It's true that the old Trials 2 serial keys are basically compatible with Trials 2 Second Edition keys. I doubt there are any duplicates, as there are in total 3656158440062976 different possible keys (36^10). Now as the price of the miniclip.com Trials 2 is the same as our price and the Steam price for Trials 2 Second Edition, I see no problems of transferring all old Trials 2 keys from the miniclip.com server to the new Trials 2 Second Edition servers.
I and our server administrator Jukka are both at summer vacation this week. We will discuss about this possibility next week at the same time as we are discussing about the possibility to move our current Trials 2 Second Edition keys to the Steam.
