Ok, really wild idea and likely nowhere near being considered in future versions..
What about a hill climb mode?
You ride a track that has no end and gets harder and harder with each checkpoint. It could be some random stuff with dynamic rocks in your way and so on..
Instead of having a best time you would have a max. distance like in flips or wheelie.
That would be awesome - imagine an endless level getting harder and harder.![]()

This would also be cool but it's more a speedrun thing while I would love to have a long technical climb.
it sounds really good, but how would you do a never ending map? You could make really long maps of course, but eventually someone would beat them. You could maybe make a map that generates randomly, but then it would not be the same for everyone.
Just curious to how you would solve that![]()
Randomly - of course it would be different for everybody but riding as long as you could while only caring for the technique and not the time sounds good for me.
Maybe you could have only an active section of the track at a time - random stuff gets added to the end of the track and the start gets cut off every now or then...

mm yes, but then the randomly generated map would have to be saved along side the keypresses, taking up more space on the server. If you want to be able to look at the replays that is.
I still like the idea, but maybe it should be like a normal map, just very very long.
Maybe something for the next trials game?
