I completed Inferno with 6 flips, 5 faults and definitely under 6 minutes.
but i got robbed of the achievement lol have a look.

According to our server logs you were using the old unpatched v1.06 version that had the achievement bug. Did you select "Cancel" when the game asked if you want to install the patch?

We checked your replay with our test client, and it gave you the achievement properly.

i did it later and got the achievment anyway...
