    Ingame music player

I think it would be very nice to have an ingame music player!

Sure you can use for example winamp with global hotkeys on, but I still have to toggle to it if I want to find a specific song (playing in fullscreen mode that is, which I prefer).

Would be very nice to be able to select my favourite music in the game and control it from inside

I agree with this. It could be like in the GTA games, where you put the music (or just shortcuts to the MP3s, so you don't need actual copies of every file) you want in the game in a specific folder. Would be very handy.

This is a tricky issue, as mp3 is a licenced format, and the license fees are pretty high for a small company like us. We are currently using ogg files for the music (free license, and a bit better sound quality). Also good players such as WinAmp support various music formats (wma, mp3, mp4, ogg, atrac, realaudio, etc, etc), and offer music streaming from the net. Coding all these features for our audio system would be pretty big task and the only advantage would be the ingame audio selector.

Yeah alright, I see what you mean.

Anyway I have switched to using windowed mode, so now it is not a problem for me anymore

    Next trials game maybe ^^

You could always add some catchy rock (in .ogg form) to the in-game like in soldat for example.
