Haven't you consider to release the game on Steam. It is great to keep your games under one account, with automatic updates and now unified archivements. It is a bit like XBLA for the PC.
Also IMO this game is laking a bit of marketing and steam can help in that area.
Any news on this? I was really looking forward buying the game but my card doesnt seem to work with paypal no matter how hard i try
(works great on steam and any other online payment.. paypal is horrible!)
It dont give any error description whatsoever, gives only a screen with option to retry or return to website. It didnt take anything from my bank account. Ive had the very same issue before i tried to donate through pay-pal. Very odd to say at least.
Can you please send a screenshot of that error, and the URL that is in the address bar at that moment to store-support@redlynx.com.
This would help us to investigate this issue.
Done. I hope its not my bank, they offer very flexible online payment so i wouldnt want to have to change bank. Paypal is so widely used that i might have to if i cant resolve the issue. Thanks for quick responses by the way.

YES, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, release the game in STEAM.
I have lot of friends that will buy the game if it would be on STEAM.
And I'm sure the steamworks tools (free tools by the way) can help you to improve some elements of the game: Community Support, achievements, stats, autoupdates, etc.
STEAM is a great platform, consider it.![]()
We were recently interviewed by a Swedish magazine, and our CEO gave lots of official answers to topics such as this. I replaced my unofficial statements with the newer and more up to date official one.

Quote from the interview:
5. There are many different suppliers of services for digitally distributed games, like Valve/Steam, Gametap, Direct2Drive and others, but you are selling Trials 2 by yourself instead. Is that a deliberate choice, or there any difficulties to get a game such as yours on that kind of services? Are there any future plans to try (or try again) to put the game on, for example, Steam?
(PC-Spelare)
Yes, we wish that Trials 2 Second Edition will one day also be in selected good distribution networks. In the past, we have developed big games, but primarily for big game publishers. Trials 2 Second Edition is first larger scale own PC-game that we publish. We have published a number of smaller-scale PC-games, but distribution channels for smaller games are different to what they are in bigger PC games. In that sense, we are faced with a new task, building all those distributor relationships. In order to build those relationships, one needs to convince distributors to spend the time and money into the relationship, that still is not going to bring them a steady flow and high number of new games every year (something that big game companies can provide). The best way to convince distributors, is to have a great game that is ready, which gamers clearly like, and which has good reviews. This is more convincing than any official marketing. A great game says more than million words.
