If you started at place #1 and 3 players improved the score and dropped you to place #4, you no longer get the full 100 points. The more you drop on the level high score table, the more your ranking decreases.

After todays update there are 40 levels. If you are at place #1 on each level, your total score is 4000 (40*100). If you have passed all levels and you are at last place on each, your score is 400 (40*10). If you are at middle of each level record list your score is 2200 (40*(100+10)/2).
