Unfortunately I have to say that your graphics chip doesn't meet either Trials 2 or Trials 2 Second Edition official minimum requirements. Intel GMA 900 doesn't have (and can't access) enough graphics memory to run the game properly. The oldest Intel graphics chip we officially support is GMA 950.
Trials 2 SE is optimized for lower memory usage during gameplay, and should run smoother on graphics chips with low memory amounts. However the new menu screens have so much new icons and higher quality graphics that the graphics memory usage during loading and menus is slightly increased. However not beyond the minimum required 128 megabytes. On a graphics chip with 128 megabytes of memory you are able to play the game in all normal HD resolutions.
During testing we tested with these 128 megabyte low end graphics card models, and the game ran flawlessly on all tested resolutions (800x600 - 1650x1080):
* Intel GMA 950
* Intel GMA 3000
* NVidia Geforce 5200
* NVidia Geforce 5700
* NVidia Geforce 6200
* NVidia Geforce 6800
* ATI Radeon 9600
* ATI Radeon 9800
* ATI Radeon X1550
