Hello.
I will start a team, or would like to join a team if someone already has started one, for hardcore players.
To join this team you have to be good, really good. top 20 or so on your favourite tracks. The hard maps is what I personally like best, but having good players on the faster maps is also good, and necessary if we want to compete on the ladders.
Now they haven't released SE yet, so I will have to check how hard it is to get those positions now. I mean I can't demand things I can't do myself, so we will see in a day or five.
You have to be dedicated.
Quitting the game after two weeks is not something I want to see.
You have to have an acceptable gaming rig. Good FPS in the game, and a microphone and headphones.
Sorry, but this is necessary to be able to compete in the top. complaining about your low fps in the game is not acceptable.
You should be ready to talk ( yes talk, through ventrilo or skype or similar applications ) with your teammates.
I have been one of the officers ( managers ) for a good World of Warcraft guild for a long time, so I know a thing or two about managing a gaming group. We had over 100 members when I was active, so that was a bit more challenging to manage than this will be I think
I won't frown upon help with managing it though. The best groups have many leaders. We have to avoid tyrants at all costs!
If you are interested in joining or want me to join something, don't hesitate to contact me.
The Flying Circus ( TFC ) is my suggested name for the team, but that can be changed. It is a homage to Monty Phyton, and you fly around pretty much in trials so I thought it was suiting
Remember, the key to success is staying calm, focusing, and practice. Practice, practice, practice and you know what? Yes, even more practice.
A good post is an edited post![]()
Zakor,
Would love to be on your team, am currently in Top 13 on many tracks including 1st on Med 3Think we get on alright too. Am keen to be on a team of regular players, I think we could keep ourselves near the top of the board too!
EDIT: Just noticed your PC requirements. My Desktop is running an Athlon X2 6400+ Black Edition on an ASUS Crosshair board with 4Gb Corsair RAM, Dual Nvidia 7800GTX in Sli [Soon to be 8800] And dual OS like you suggested in your other forum post. TBH it can probably run just about anything right now. I built it myself and keep it up to date!
I have a mike and stuff too,
Cheers
long time gamer, not on any leader boards atm becuse of a problem with my game (being fixed)
use teamspeak and skype, microphone and not shy
i also have a ?1k+ gameing righ here so no problem withj bad computer ;-D
The Flying Circus is going to be incredibly tough to remove from the top.look at team points...
