Can Ubisoft make a Splinter Cell pack that comes with all the old Splinter Cell games for PS4?

So I just read that there might be a new Splinter Cell coming out but it won't be on the PS4... I've been waiting for a new Splinter Cell game for a long time and I swear if it comes out for the stupid Oculus and not the PS4 ( which I own ) or Xbox I'm done buying Ubisoft games!
