How do you pronounce "Ubisoft?" With a "U" or two "O's."

This is really n00b, but its been bugging me forever. lol

I pronounce it with the OO sound. The German "uber" is pronounced "OO-ber", and I've assumed the same for Ubi.

But perhaps it should be "you buy soft(ware)"
