Hi all. Sorry if this has been answered somewhere else but searching the forums on this website is not exactly easy. I ran into a bug, I think, on Sunday Feb. 16 when playing multiplayer. After a match ended I saw i got -4,000 points for the match and I lost a rank (down to 7 from 8). I also noticed this happened to one other player. I was a little upset because not many people play it anymore and it's pretty hard to rank up with fewer people. I was wondering if anybody has run across this before and maybe has a solution. I tried Ubisoft's support site but it keeps saying it isn't working. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I am sorry to hear that you have had this issue. Due to the age of the game, some services may not be fully operational or stable. This is not a known issue. If you are unable to do so, please be sure to try clearing your browser's cookies and cache to attempt contacting Support. You may also try another browser or machine to see if it continues. Please try temporarily disabling any firewall or antivirus program while playing or connecting to the servers as it could cause connectivity issues.
