Just a tip: check his room often as they often spawn there
Also check 615,831 (abaco island) specifically the small boat as they also spawn there

I have only been able to find 1 white whale. I have sailed back and forth across the map playing for about a week and I cant seem to locate social treasures or royal convoys. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Add GT: forgottendust
