I have the same problem in the "Black Flag". I went through the whole game 99%, collected all the usual chests and fragments of the animus, saw the events of the convoys and whales many times, but never saw the events of the chests.

Just trying to find two more social chests. Found the first one by accident early in the game and don't even remember where that was. Found plenty of white whales and convoys but the ever-elusive social is killing my desire to 100% this game.

I think it's because basically nobody plays this game anymore. The more people play, the more social chests you find.

Is there anybody who knows where to find social chests on black flag ? I want a suit and I need to find a social chest for it .. Any help ?

I am sure that one chest allways should be at Arroyos (192,563). I am playing alone, I was in this village two times, and both times I found chest there. It is right in the port where you get off the ship. Another possible location is Crooked Island (807,541), where i found mine third chest. This one is a bit harder to find, I had to run around place a bit to locate it. To be honest I found those 3 social chests before I found 3 white wales.
